Nabihah Razak has not only quit her job as a medical doctor in Ireland to start a van living and climbing life. She also started a live devoted to helping people through climbing. In Greece, on the island Lesbos, she founded MNTL - climbing for wellbeing. A non profit organisation that aims to help refugees on Lesbos, to give them the mental stability they need to go through this challenging and uncertain time in their lifes.

I talked to Nabihah about her experiences and plans. You will also find out, how you can help Nabihah with her project - wherever you are, in your home climbing or bouldering gym!
